Kristine has worked with executives and their organizations to increase individual, team and organizational performance in biotech, chemical & energy, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, mass transit, space transportation and telecommunications sectors as well as profit and non-profit organizations.  Consulting since 1975, she has expertise in strategic organization alignment of leadership and culture, organizational development, team development, executive selection and development, leadership development and change management.

An experienced facilitator and keynote speaker, Kristine has presented to international professional organization and industry conferences and executive meetings.  She has facilitated strategic planning and executive action planning sessions for boards of directors and executive teams, and large meetings for professional organizations.

Kristine is currently a facilitator and coach for the Women's Vision Leadership Institute and has been a facilitator and coach for the past Executive Leadership Program at the Denver University School of Business, one of the top leadership development programs in the nation.

As a co-founder of Corporate Development Group (CDG) in 1994, Kristine has co-developed a consulting business that has provided services and products to more than 100 organizations worldwide.  Using CDG's organizational culture framework, Kristine developed an individual fit with culture program for individuals, coaches and managers and co-developed the Leadership Culturelink Report.  She has trained and certified more than 250 CDG affiliates worldwide utilizing a training and certification program she co-developed.

Certified in the Birkman, Leadership Effectivness Analysis and Myers-Briggs Trait Indicator, and Personal Directions, Kristine holds a Masters in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
